Manufacturing isn’t treated as a separate operation. It’s an integral part of how projects are delivered.
By producing many of our products in-house, we’re able to maintain greater control over materials, construction and finish, while coordinating more closely with surveying and installation.
This reduces reliance on external suppliers and helps ensure specifications translate accurately into the finished result.
We manufacture products at our Northallerton facility, where production has been established since 2000.
Keeping manufacturing local allows closer oversight and more direct communication between teams, supporting consistency and reliability across projects.
Because manufacturing and installation sit within the same operation, adjustments can be made more efficiently when required.
This joined-up approach helps avoid common issues such as incorrect sizing, unsuitable configurations or delays caused by external supply chains.
The aim of in-house manufacturing isn’t speed for its own sake. It’s consistency, accountability and long-term performance.
By retaining control throughout the process, we’re better placed to deliver work that performs properly and continues to do so over time.
If you’d like to understand how manufacturing plays a role in your project, we can explain what’s made in-house and how this affects specification, timelines and cost.
Standards are maintained throughout the build process rather than relying solely on third-party supply.
Products can be made to suit the property, reducing the need for compromises on sizing or finish.
Manufacturing timelines are aligned with surveying and installation, reducing delays and mismatches.
